This is a legacy community with limited Juniper monitoring.

  • 1.  Subscription renewal period

    I would like to ask about subscription renewal period in SSG.

     

    If my SSG subscription for branch office is expired at end of December 2011, and right now (August 2012) I extend it using the renewal subscription would the subscription ended on end of December 2012 or at August 2013?

     

    Could I just ask for 1st year subscription again?

    It should be valid from the date you purchase it , i.e if you purchase 1 year license today it should be valid for 12 months from now till August 2013.
