This is a legacy community with limited Juniper monitoring.

  • 1.  Telnet command to test port open at the other end.

    My SSG20 does not have telnet on it.  Do you know away to do like this in SSG20?

    He means that the operating system version 6.3 of ScreenOS added the feature of being able to use telnet on the firewall.

     

    You can check your firewalls version using

     

    get system version

     

    You can download and install the latest version from the download site
