This is a legacy community with limited Juniper monitoring.

  • 1.  The VPN interface is "ready" , not "up"

    Dear ALL:

     

    Please instruct us why the interface of VPN is " ready" not "up", while the traffic is passing through the IPSec.

     

    Site-to-Site VPN , IPSec.

    If memory serves me you will see a status of active if you have VPN monitor enabled. Otherwise it will not be up even if traffic is passing.
