URGENT: Cannot access netscreen

I wrongly bounded PPPoe with Bgroup and now cannot access netscreen throught Webui or Serial

The serial console should always work no matter what the configuration.  Connect your computer to the serial console and open up your terminal emulator.  Then power up the device with it already connected.  This should give you messages as to what the issue is.

You could also follow the steps for a factory reset and start over.

Thanks for the info

I did what you said and got messages via serial. Though, could not login the interface.  Eventually, had to factory reset.
