I have a ISG-2000 whit advance licence (500k sessions), but I like to know how can do to upgrade to 1 millions sessions?

I just need the sessions for NAT.

You need a memory upgrade kit.  From the get system, I see that you have 1G.  2G is required for 1 million sessions.  Talk to your sales/reseller for the memory upgrade kit.

What happen if my chasis if from 2006 and I put a MGT Management Module with 22g from 2011?

You only need the memory upgrade.  If you change the management card, you might get an error with the license.  I would recommend just upgrading the memory on the current management card.
