  • 1.  WebUI NetScreen error

    Hi guys,

     

    I got a problem with NS-500 WebUI

     

    Its working perfectly fine but the UI got some error such :

    - resource status bar doesnt display the CPU, memory, policy and session
    - on device information the hardware version : 0(0), firmware : 0.0.0r15.0

    Does anyone have experienced something like this?

    Can anyone give me solution?

    Hello.

     

    I know this was an issue in earlier version of 5.4.

     

    What version are you currently running?  Is it possible for you to upgrade to the latest 5.4?

     

    According to release notes, the following was addressed in 5.4.0r22:

    578196 —Hardware version displayed 0(0) on the WebUI

    Thanks for your solution

     

    Actually the version I'm currently running is 5.4.0r15

     

    I'll give it a try to upgrade the firmware
