firewall rules to allow outbound access via FQDN

is it possible to permit outbound ftp access on ISG1000/2000 by just referring to FQDN such as ftp.company.com

 

ftp host address changes and firewalls needs to repsond to different DNS resolutions

How frequently does the IP address of this FTP FQDN changes ?

At any given point of time, does this FQDN resolve to only one IP address or multiple ?
