There was a error messages When I use ping to check host at trust zone in Vsys.

Can you give us the syntax of the entire ping command you entered?

Can you show us the output of 'get int eth3/1.62:1'?

Can you show us the output of 'get route ip x.x.x.x', where x.x.x.x is the IP you were pinging?

Those should give us some clues.

I get this error if I attempt to ping from my backup cluster device.  It works fine if I ping from the master node instead.

A backup device has (some of) its interfaces down or inactive. In your case, probably all of them (by all I mean those that could be used to get source ip for the ping). For further troubleshooting, see previous post.
