I need the firmware 6.0.0rx because the SSG5 appliancce have the version 5.4.0r16 and I hope to pass to the version 6.2.0rx

Can you send me the firmware or the linkk to download?

Please check http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/software/screenos/screenos6.3.0/630_upgrade.pdf  page 8 & 9 (upgrade path) . If device is at 5.4.r16 then you don't need any intermediate upgrade, you can directly upgrade to 6.3.x . Just take care of the boot loader and the software signing key.

6.3.0r22 is the latest version and please refer below document for skey details and to avoid bogus image error etc:

after i proceed the upgrade the sreen console show me:

I the image is idem 5.4.0, please what could I do?

I already have mentioned you may hit situation and have given few link which gives details about this issue.

For now you can bypass the image authentication using the below command and then proceed with the upgrade again:

 "delete crypto auth-key"

There were some known issues in 6.2.0 with DHCP. Are you trying 6.2.0r19? Please try 6.3.0r22 directly.

Your other option here is to return to your original version of code.

Save current cofiguration

turn off all DHCP server in your configuration

then upgrade to the desired version

Restored the original configuration
