    JTAC priority had to be "suspended" as the infrastructure for processing JTAC priority are being upgraded.  We hope to add this back in later this year.

    If you currently have a JNCIE, just let your Juniper account team know that you would like to automatically be routed to advanced support.  Shouldn't be an issue.
