Cannot find my JNCIS-SEC certificate in my CertManager account.

    Good day Juniper employees,


    Thank you for the previous help you rendered to me when I wrote my JNCIA-JUNOS exam.

    I passed my JNCIS-SEC exam on July 8, but I have not seen my certificate in my CertManager e-mail  account since then.

    Please kindly help me to sort this issue out.

    I logged in to https://learningportal.juniper.net/juniper/default.aspx to view my JNCIS-SEC certificate but it was not listed there (under My Training History). I have not seen my certificate yet.

    Please help me to sort this out.

    I have also similar problem. Passed JNCIS-SEC couple weeks ago but did not renew my JNCIS-SEC or JNCIA certs. Could you help me to sort it out?

    I have the same problem, I passed my JNCIS-SEC exam on May11, but I have not seen my certificate in my CertManager e-mail  account since then.

     

    Cert Manager ID JPR52024

    In my Learning Portal Home > My Training History the JNCIS_SEC certificate does not appear

     

     

    See only the JNCIA-JUNOS
