Good day Juniper employees,
Thank you for the previous help you rendered to me when I wrote my JNCIA-JUNOS exam.
I passed my JNCIS-SEC exam on July 8, but I have not seen my certificate in my CertManager e-mail account since then.
Please kindly help me to sort this issue out.

Hi Staci,
I have also similar problem. Passed JNCIS-SEC couple weeks ago but did not renew my JNCIS-SEC or JNCIA certs. Could you help me to sort it out?
