I have the same problem, I passed my JNCIS-SEC exam on May11, but I have not seen my certificate in my CertManager e-mail account since then.
Cert Manager ID JPR52024
Please kindly help me to sort this issue out.

In my Learning Portal Home > My Training History the JNCIS_SEC certificate does not appear
See only the JNCIA-JUNOS
