    Respected Sir

                           My name is Zhengwei Li, I have passad my juniper network exam, Jncia, Jncis-sp, JNCIP-SP but still cannot access any of my juniper ecertificates through

    Learning Portal Home

    .in my profile history the certificate not view an error occure "no matching training found" the address which is mension below is corret. 

     

    I do as request as email instruction,  In the Juniper.net website,
     Learning Portal Home > My Training History for zhengwei li
    I select: display JNCP certificates, it shows:  "no matching training found"

     

    I have sent email to training-req@juniper.net and e-certs@juniper.net, and no reply at all. I hope this community can help out of this question.

    Hi Zhengwei,

     

    Unfortunately, we did not receive any emails from you on the email addresses you referenced.  Your Learning Portal user account has been updated and all three of your eCertificates are available to download. You can log into your Learning Portal user account at your earliest convenience to download your eCertificates.

     

    Please let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
