    Dears,

     

    I juzt complete my certification in JNCIA. When i tried to access certmanager am not able 2 login

     

    Please let me know how can i access it

    Hello,

     

    It can take up to five (5) business days from the date of your exam for your results to import from Prometric. If this is your first Juniper exam, you will not be able to access your account until these results import.

     

    If you continue to experience problems accessing your account after five (5) business days from your exam date, please email certmanager@juniper.net for further assistance.
