    Since we all know alot of SCREENOS boxes ISG and SSG are out there in the market and most customers are actually satisfied with results, well why we dont have SCREENOS "day-one" books yet ? Please look into this, like others i am a big fan of SCREENOS devices !

    Hi Kamran,

     

    Thanks so much for your enthusiasm towards our ScreenOS devices!

     

    All of the Day One Guides are written by volunteers, and they aren't paid for their efforts.  Most of the Day One topics are selected by the volunteer in their area of expertise... my guess is we haven't yet had a volunteer whose area of expertise was in ScreenOS, therefore that is why you haven't seen any Day One Guides on that particular topic.

     

    We are constantly looking for new volunteers for these Day One Guides and are also constantly evaluating the demand in the marketplace for specific areas of our technologies where a Day One Guide might be warranted.  As such, we may see something along these lines in the future...
