I have passed JNCIA-JUNOS pre-assessment today, but discount still 50%... What is wrong? How ca I get 100%?

The same is the case with me, recieve same email and i have also passed the preassement but yet waiting for 100% promo.

For anyone who is having issues receiving your 100% discounted certificate through the Fast Track Learning portal, please email certification-fasstrack@juniper.net and we'll ensure you recieve it. Please allow up to 7 business days to recieve your certificate because we are experiencing high volumes of requests!

I was told that its not valid for where i am located. I am in toronto. Is there 100% available for Toronto

Hello,
I passed JNCIA-Junos pre-assessment in 9/2009 and now want to get certified, but when I enter voucher number I get information about voucher expiration.
Is there any way to fix this? Or the voucher is lost??

Those vouchers expired at the end of 2009.
