    Hi Liz, JCert and Tyler

I have a crucial problem on the new exam seat registration platform.

The exam date is March 8th and the type should JNCIE-M, but the system shows my date will be March 7th and I need to retake JNCIP-M

    Could you check this issue?

    Regards

    Chen Ming

    Hi Chen,

We apologize for any inconvenience. Your JNCP Lab Exam is indeed scheduled for March 8, 2011 in Beijing, China. There is a bug with the World Clock built into the new system causing this bug and we are working to fix this problem.

Once the date is fixed, I will go back and manually update your exam.

The reason you are scheduled for the JNCIP-M Lab Exam is because you scheduled this attempt before receiving your results from your previous attempt. At the time, you were not eligible for the JNCIE-M Lab Exam.

I'll follow up with you to let you know as soon as your Exam Date and Type are corrected.

    Regards,
