  • 1.  JNCIA-FWV and JNCIS-FWN

    Dear;

     

    this is my first post in this forum as i am new with juniper Firewalls (SSG20 and SSG-320),

    i need to start certification with Firewalls and VPN

    i got confused with these two cources JNCIA-FWV (JN0-531) and JNCIS-FWV (JN0-533), which one to start with or is there any diffirence between these cources.

    please i need your support and assistance to help me with the belowBest Regards;Hani Ahmed

    You can take directly JNCIS-FWV directly.

    the exams you cite are for the ScreenOS line of firewalls: SSG; NS; ISG series devices.

     

    The Associate exam is retired for this series and only JNCIS specialist is still offered.

    If you work with the SRX Junos series firewalls the exam track is the Junos Security track.  This is a complete set from associate through to expert exams that should be taken in order.
