I'm ready to take my JNCIA-Junos exam, I have just passed the pre-assessment test online but have not received a discount voucher!

Are Juniper still using 50% off vouchers...could someone please tell me if they are and how to obtain one.

Try to take pre-assessment test once more.

Today I,ve got my JNCIS-SP voucher only after second try, first got me 73% and no voucher, and after second, I,ve got 90% score and discount voucher.

and passed exam with 83 % ... Is juniper still offerinng the vouchers ?

Just taken online test again...and passed, still no dicount voucher. Does it apply to this level accreditation? can someone please advise.

Please email certification@juniper.net with this issue.  You should not have to pass twice to receive a voucher in the Fast Track portal so something is wrong.

I have logged a support call with Technical, they are dealing with this issue.

After a bit of research it would appear that a pre-assessment test is what you take for the JNCIA-Junos and a pre-assessment exam is what you take for the JNCIS-SEC. It is the pre-assessment exam that earns you the voucher :(...i some how feel robbed)

looks like i'll have to coff up myself.

The words exam and test are not specific to if you get a voucher or not.  Simply means we need to change all to say test for consitancy.

What do you mean you logged a ticket?  I assume you mean an email to certification@juniper.net.

Can you confirm that you are doing all of this within the Fast Track portal, and not from the practice tests on each exam's webpage?

Vouchers are only granted within the Fast Track program; if you're not getting a voucher there then there is an issue and emailing support is the way to go.

Those are the links to the practice exam so you can see how you are doing.

For the voucher you need to take the pre-assessment exam from the Fast Track website.
