    Hi All,

I have been handed down 10.a course material for JNCIP-SEC.

    Specifically:

AJSEC - student guide Revision 10.a (march 2011)
JIPS  - student guide Revision 10.a (dec 2010)  (JIPS)

Would these still both be good as the main resources for me for to study for  the current JNCIP-SEC?

If so would I need to supplement them with any other material?

    Rgs

No. You need AJSEC 12b. If you look at the Exam requirements, you will see that topics covered in the Exams are not in the version 10. It wll not hurt your knowledge, but will not work for passing Exams. Features that were not supported at the time of writing that course are now supported. So no, that material is too outdated.

    Thanks for the advice Lyndidon.

I'll look to purchase 12b material then.

    Cheers!
