Check here  -  http://www.juniper.net/us/en/training/certification/certification-tracks/  -  and select an exam to see the relevant study resources for each.

Please can any Juniper employee help me to be able to get across to Barny Sanchez, the author of "Day One : Deploying SRX Series Gateways". There are some important questions I would like to ask him. I will be okay with having his e-mail address.

    Thank you

Again - please see reply on previous post.  You need only post once, on one topic, to get a response.  Please do not post the same question on three different topics.

    Hi Martin,

Your suggestions and comments regarding some best practice material will be highly appreciated. Basically I have been preparing for the JNCIS-SEC JN0-332 exam since one month. Also if you can tell me what is the current passing score and about how many questions were there from UTM section?

Thanks in advance for your invaluable feedback.

    Regards,

Please feel free to share info on the authorized materials available for study that worked well.  However, do not share specifics about the exam - i.e. how many UTM questions were on the exam.  That is a violatin of the Candidate Agreement.

Knowledge of UTM is a requirement of being considered a Specialist in Junos Security so important that you prepare for an understand this content.

    Regards,

very helpfull can be edition one day from juniper, especially for SRX. There are good informations about UMT (such as web filtering, ALG, Antivirus feature, Antispam, IDS). This material is downloadable from juniper learning portal for free. The exam is not harder then any another exams in this level. I took one month for preparation, I was studing many one day edition from juniper and I am working with these boxes every day.

    Hi,

Can you please give me the link to the UTM documents from the learning portal.

I took this exam today and failed by 1%

Got 100% in all the stuff I know and work with, but not used the SRX UTM features and failed this part, let myself down

    Hi Ian,

Sorry to hear about that score, it's agonizingly close.

The poster above can provide more info on his resource, but just FYI, UTM is nicely contained as a fairly easy read within the Security technicical publication, here - http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/junos10.4/information-products/topic-collections/security/software-all/security/index.html.

    Good luck with the retake,
