JUNOS As A Second Language

HI mates...I am new candidate on the block.....
i am preparing for JNCIA-ER exam and studying JUNOS As a second language online training...the problem is: Can I download this training for offline viewing because i use dial-up account..whenever i try to access it again, my browser(Firefox) redownloads each component of training however i have increased the cache and history days to 100MB and 100Days respectively.
is there any way to do it...because JUNOS is the only way for me to practice CLI of JUNIPER router...

To my knowledge, this course can not be downloaded to your local hard drive. However, it does remember where you left off from a previous session. If possible, please try to access this course via broadband connection.

Do a google search for "junos as a second language" .swf or search rapidshare for it you should be able to find swf's of it available however this does not allow you to mimic the keystrokes and learning found in the acutal training material hosted by Juniper.
