Hi JNCP team,
I passed JNCIS-E in September 30, 2011.
But my JNCIS-E eCertificate is not available yet.
Please activate it.
I need to submit a certificate to a company.

Although I sent the E-mail same to "e-certs@juniper.net" on October 3, 2011, there is no reply yet.

Hi Kosuke,
I just logged into your Learning Portal user account and synced it with your CertManager account. All 8 of your eCertificates are available to download.
You can log into your account at your earliest convenience to download your eCertificates.

Hi Staci,
I want confirmation for my eCertificates.
Because my JNCIP-M eCertificate does not have Cert-ID,
and my JNCIA-JUNOS eCertificate has wrong certified date.
Morever are my JNCIS-M and JNCIP-M's certified dates correct?
One, I certified JNCIS-M date in Septempber 3, 2008 but
eCertificate has certified date as February 7, 2011 (my JNCIE-M certified day and recertify to JNCIS-M and JCNIP-M).
Two, I certified JNCIP-M date in August 9, 2010 and
eCertificate has certificated date as August 9, 2010 (my JNCIP-M certified day and recertify to JNCIS-M only).
I'm mixed up, What is right?
