I received an email saying that I could get 50% of a JNCIP exam, but when I click on the link and enter my details, it says:
'We're sorry but the address you have entered is not found in our database, please check that you are using the correct address.'.
This is in spite of the fact that I specify the email address to which the offer email was sent (I have tried my other email addresses, but no luck).

For those of you who are trying to download the 50% discounted voucher with this new promotion, please make sure that when you are downloading your voucher you use the same email address in the download form that you recieved the promotion direct mail piece. This is a requirement for accessing your voucher. If you did use the same email address, please respond privately to me with your email address and I will investigate your actual case.

I have requested the voucher with the same email address and I get the following error.
We're sorry but the address you have entered is not found in our database, please check that you are using the correct address.
My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
