The certification day of my certificate is wrong.

[ Edited ]

JNCP (JNTCP) team,

My eCertificates has two error yet, the fact is the following.

 1. For the first time, I certified JNCIS-M and passed the JNCIS-M exam in September 7, 2008.

 2. For the first time, I certified JNCIA-JUNOS and passed the JNCIA-JUNOS exam in March 25, 2011.

Thanks,

Kosuke

Re: The certification day of my certificate is wrong.

Dear Kosuke,

Due to continued issues with CertManager, we are still experiencing problems with the effective dates displayed in CertManager Candidate Accounts and on eCertificates. We are diligently working to remedy this issue, and we appreciate your patience as we work towards a complete resolution.

We are escalating your particular issue.
