When did you email and what about?
If you are asking about eCerts here is the link to the infomation page (also provided earlier in this string) https://learningportal.juniper.net/juniper/user_activity_info.aspx?id=3327. If you have a question about eCerts the alias for that is e-certs@juniper.net. However, you should/can also get an answer from the certmanager@juniper.net alias. Responses can take a business day to turn around.
