payments made, confirmation received however no log in details shared

hi juniper support:

 

i had made a payment of 500 CAD to book my lab time however there has been no contact from any pne for 2 days. 

 

i am not sure what is going on, it  is so furstrating..... can somebody please help me here.

 

i need my authorization codes please!!!!!!

Sorry that you are feeling frustrated, but as it says on the payment site, it can take 1 - 2 weeks for you to get your account credentials.
