Hi All,
We upgraded to Trapeze MX800R (WLC800) recently from a Nortel branded Trapeze (WSS 2330).
The devices are almost exactly the same but we are experiencing a very weird problem.
We have a number of Apple TVs connected to the system that should be broadcasting in a certain VLAN that out ipads join. Unfortunatey although the Apple TV is working correctly it does not show up when it is connected to the Wireless (connected it via a wired port on the same VLAN works find)
We have matched the settings that were on the Nortel device but this makes no difference...! We are at wits end with this one and cannot work out what is wrong. Other multicast devices are showing up....
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,

Hi guys,
I have no experience with this or any of the devices, but who don't you make a support case and get some assistance from JTAC ?
Good luck, and do update the thread when you get enlightment :-)

Is there any update on this Multicast/Bonjour issue? I'm getting a requirement for Apple TV as well.

I heard from inside Juniper that bonjour support is in the works.
I do not have much information yet, working on it.

So with 7.7 you can have the ATV in one VLAN and lients in a different one and it will work ?
