Alex joined Juniper in February 2008 after more than five years at Extreme Networks, where he served as Chief Operating Officer from mid 2002 through 2006, and the last year as VP and GM of Extreme's high-end switching business and core engineering operations. During his tenure at Extreme Alex led programs which established essential product lifecycle and quality systems, completely refreshed the product portfolio, significantly improved product and service quality and margins, and streamlined the supply chain.
Prior to Extreme Alex served as Chief Operating Officer for LCG Wireless (acquired by ADC Telecommunications), SVP Business Operations for ReplayTV, and earlier spent eight years in various executive roles with Octel Communications (acquired by Lucent Technologies) as CIO, SVP Business Operations, and SVP and GM of Enterprise Messaging. Alex holds a bachelors and masters degree in electrical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
Amir Ben-Efraim is Vice President of Cloud Security at Juniper Networks, responsible for defining strategy and direction for Juniper's efforts to secure the virtualized data-center, private clouds and public clouds. Amir joined Juniper in late 2010 via its acquisition of Altor Networks, which Amir led as founder and CEO. Amir has over 20 years of experience in high-tech management, including marketing, business development and software engineering. Prior to founding Altor Networks, Amir was head of business development at Check Point Software where he led the company’s global BD efforts, including partnerships, OEMs, corporate strategy and M&A considerations. Previously, Amir was co-founder and senior vice president of marketing at Blue Wireless, a vendor of personalization software for telecommunication carriers. Prior to Blue Wireless, Amir led marketing initiatives at Netro Corporation, and simulation projects as lead software engineer at Amdahl Computers. Amir holds an M.B.A. from UCLA, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley.

She has nearly 20 years of industry experience and has held management roles at various companies encompassing breadth of disciplines including switching, routing and security. Before moving into product management, she spent 8 years as a network architect and consultant for various enterprise customers. She holds a MSEE degree in Computer Engineering & Communications and BSEE degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Ashwin Krishnan is a Senior Director of Product Management at Juniper Networks. With more than 17 years of industry experience with specialization in wireless, security and IP networking, he is responsible for Juniper Networks firewall, VPN and secure router product lines. He also leads the team focusing on security for mobile networks responsible for defining infrastructure and services protection in the mobile network. His prior experience includes more than five years at Nokia where he held various senior product management, architecture and engineering management roles focusing on core infrastructure, service control and intelligent subscriber gateway products. Prior to that he has held various lead technical roles at 3Com, Octel, Hughes and Wipro. He attained his Bachelor of Science degree from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India in 1991.

Bill is the Director of Federal Strategic Initiatives at Juniper Networks. In this role, Bill focuses on several areas unique to the needs of Federal Government customers, including product certifications, IPv6, and security. Bill came to Juniper Networks in January 2008 after more than 20 years in the IT community working with commercial enterprise customers, service providers, and the US Federal Government.
Bill started his career as an engineering officer in the US Air Force after graduating with a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Bill has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
I'm a Security Product Line Engineer and Security Researcher at Juniper Networks working with the High End (Data Center) SRX and ScreenOS platforms, along with the IDP Standalone appliances. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, I was a senior consultant with a network security consulting firm, working extensively with Juniper products, including design, implementation, managed services, and support. I'm a co-author of Junos Security, Configuring NetScreen/SSG Firewalls, and Configuring Juniper SSL VPN's. I have a deep interest in network security, especially around Malware and IPS, and DDoS.
I am a Distinguished Engineer with the J-Security Research Lab, http://www.juniper.net/security/contacts/. My primary focus is on the IDP product, where I ensure that the latest threats and vulnerabilities are being successfully detected and blocked. This involves making sure the right signatures are being released daily and long-term design, making sure the next versions of IDP contain the right features. I have been involved with the IDP product since 2001, when it was being first developed at OneSecure. I am also the technical editor and co-author of the O'Reilly book "Security Power Tools".
Cathy Gadecki is senior product marketing manager at Juniper Networks responsible for JUNOS Software. Her publications include co-authoring JUNOS for Dummies, a practical guide to JUNOS Software. Since joining Juniper Networks more than five years ago, Cathy has held multiple product and solution marketing positions, leading launches, campaigns, and programs into new markets.
Cathy has over twenty years in marketing and product management positions with a focus on creating new markets for network equipment and services for both startup and established firms.
Colin joined Juniper in September 2008 as Senior Director covering Enterprise Architecture within the office of the CTO where he collaborates closely with enterprise customers in defining next generation architectures to support emerging requirements in video, mobility, cloud computing, among others. Prior to joining Juniper, Colin was with Credit Suisse, where he has spent the previous 12 years, most recently as the Chief Network Architect & EMEA Infrastructure CTO.
Chris is the Director of Security Research in the Security Business Unit at Juniper. He oversees the Intrusion Prevention Services team and Network Security Research for the SBU. Previously, Chris was a Director of Engineering at WhiteHat Security, Director of Engineering at LogLogic, and a researcher in Symantec's Advanced Threats Research team. Chris holds a BSEE and Ph.D. from University of California, Davis.

Dave Hawley is a Director of Product Line Management in the Ethernet Products Business Group at Juniper, with primary responsibility for the EX8200 terabit modular switch. Dave joined Juniper in 2006 as a part of the switching product development initiative. Prior to Juniper, Dave worked for 10 years at Extreme Networks in both engineering and product management roles, and for 12 years at National Semiconductor in the LAN and Advanced Development groups. Dave holds a BSEE from the California Institute of Technology, and a dual MBA from UC Berkeley and Columbia University.
David Nguyen is a Technical Marketing Engineer for Fabric and Switching Technology. Prior to joining Juniper in September 2007, David was a Systems Engineer for Spirent Communications. Before that, he was at Cisco Systems where he provided support to Financials and Service Providers.
I am the GM for Security at Juniper Networks and love what I do for a living. I'm currently responsible for developing and executing strategy, product development and overall business management of Juniper's current and next-generation scalable security and network traffic visibility technologies and platforms.

Ellen Brigham is Director of Product Marketing at Juniper Networks responsible for Enterprise Domain Marketing. She has held multiple management positions in networking at Cisco Systems and Hewlett-Packard. Ellen holds a Masters Degree from Stanford University and is a member of the IEEE and the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society.
Erin O’Malley is a PMM in the Security Business Unit. Having joined the company through the Altor acquisition, she’s been at Juniper since December 2010 and works primarily on vGW and aspects of cloud security related to the service provider market. Previously, she worked on the customer marketing team at VMware and as a marketing writer at various companies, including WSGR, Business Objects, and the TDA Group. Erin holds a B.A. in French from Penn State University and an M.A. in French from Middlebury College.
Eric is a member of the Juniper Security Team group where he helps releasing IDP detectors and signature packs. He is also a member of the Juniper First and Sirt teams where he participates in the greater discussion surrounding internal product security, with a particular focus on systems. In prior positions he managed Sabre, a team of security auditors working to improve product security by way of auditing source code, vetting OEM partnerships and training software engineers in best security practices. He is a co-author of O'Reilly's "Security Power Tools" and has an MSCE from EPITA, Paris, France.
François Prowse is a Senior Systems Engineer for Juniper Networks, based in Brisbane Australia. Francois joined Juniper in 2006 as part of the New Zealand SE team, subsequently relocating to Australia. Prior to Juniper, Francois worked for four years at Alcatel in both operational and architectural roles, being jointly responsible for the construction of New Zealands' largest MPLS core network. Prior to Alcatel, Francois worked at UUnet, focusing on core network expansion in Europe. In all previous roles JUNOS has been the driving factor behind day to day operations, providing him with over 8 years of operational experience. Francois is a Juniper Networks Certified Internet Expert (JNCIE #144) which he obtained prior to joining Juniper Networks.
I lead product marketing for the Pulse Business Unit at Juniper Networks, responsible for all Junos Pulse products. I have been involved in Security and Networking product technologies for over 15 years. I've extensive experience in various leadership positions across product marketing and management, sales, business development and profit center management functions. As a Product Line Engineer at Juniper Networks, my main interest and focus is mobile space security. It is through that interest that I am participating in 3GPP SA3, which is a Security Work Group. My background is quite versatile, ranging from field Systems Engineer, to Education Services and Customer Services Engineer, to Product Line Engineer. Many moons ago, I attained both CCIE and JNCIE. With over ten years of product management experience in high-performance networking and security products, Glen Gibson is Product Line Manager for the High-End Security Systems group at Juniper Networks. Glen joined Juniper as part of the NetScreen acquisition, prior to which he filled project management and strategic marketing roles at 3Com and Inkra Networks. Greg Sidebottom is a Senior Engineering Manager in the Identity and Policy Management business unit at Juniper Networks. Greg has spent the last decade plus conceptualizing, architecting, designing, and leading the implementation of Juniper's SDX and SRC families of policy based service management applications. Previous to this, Greg held positions in the software and networking industries at Siemens, Cognos, Nortel, GTE labs subsidiary MPR Teltech, and the Alberta Research Council. Jim Kelly is the senior product line manager for the CTP products where he is responsible for the CTP product direction, marketing and circuit emulation applications within Juniper Networks. Mr. Kelly has more than 28 years of experience in the networking industry in technical roles, sales, marketing, and product management positions. He started his career in the United States Air Force. He has worked for Wang, Digital Telecom Systems, American Airlines, Network Equipment Technologies, Carrier Access, and Nortel Networks. He started Juniper Networks federal DoD sales in July 2000 and joined Juniper Networks again in October 2005 through the acquisition of Acorn Packet Solutions where he was the director of sales and marketing.
John is a Distinguished Engineer at Juniper Networks where he is responsible for MPLS-TP, OTN, and Next Generation TE initiatives. Prior to joining Juniper he was a Boeing Technical Fellow working on TSAT, a DoD initiative to put routers in space. Prior to Boeing, John worked at Calient, a start-up building a photonic cross connect, where he was one of the primary developers of Generalized Multiprotocol Label Switching. Prior to Calient, John worked a FORE Systems, where he was responsible for FORE's control plane (PNNI and MPLS) implementations. Prior to FORE Systems, John spent eighteen years at IBM where he was a Member of Senior Technical Staff and responsible for the development of Broadband Network Services, IBM's proprietary precursor to MPLS. John has been an active participants in IETF for many years. He has authored multiple RFCs and internet drafts in MPLS/MPLS-TP areas.
Johnnie Konstantas currently serves as Director of Product Marketing for Juniper Cloud Security solutions. Within her 18 years in telecommunications and security, she has held leadership positions spanning engineering, product management and marketing. Most recently, Konstantas was the VP of Marketing at Altor Networks (acquired by Juniper) where she build the team, automation infrastructure and processes for establishing and expanding the company's leadership as innovator and solution provider of cloud and virtualization security technology. Johnnie is a frequent speaker at industry events and an active blogger.
She started her career at Motorola, designing and implementing cellular infrastructure systems before transitioning to product portfolio management and marketing. Konstantas holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Karim Toubba is Vice President, Product Marketing for the Service Layer Technology (SLT) Business Group. He is responsible for driving the security division’s transition towards solution marketing, while while solidifying Juniper’s leadership and visionary position in the security space. Toubba has held several executive roles in marketing, product management and strategy, most recently as VP of Marketing and Strategy at Atempo. Prior to that, he served as VP of Marketing and Strategy at Ingrian Networks (acquired by SafeNet, Inc), where he helped drive the company to a leadership position in the Data Privacy space. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Product and Services Management at Digital Island/Exodus and was responsible for a $500M P&L. Toubba holds a bachelor of science in environmental science of University of California at Davis.
I am a Security Research Engineer with the Signatures Group at Juniper Networks. My primary roles are the development of protection signatures for our IDP line of products and general security research. Prior to joining Juniper Networks I was employed as a Security Research Engineer at eEye Digital Security. I have publicly disclosed and discovered a total of 16 vulnerabilities including the first publicly released security bulletin at Juniper Networks in 2006.

Kevin manages Juniper's Counter Security portfolio, delivering innovative solutions to better address the advanced threats targeting organizations today. Counter Security builds on Juniper's network security capabilities, focusing on providing protection for Web applications with technologies like Intrusion Deception and application DDoS protection; as well as identifying and mitigating internal Advanced Persistent Threats attempting to exfiltrate data. Security Intelligence—applying big data analytics techniques to identify the sources of threats, and propagating the information to enforcement points in real-time—spans the Counter Security portfolio.
Prior to Juniper, Kevin managed the Content Security portfolio at Cisco, including IronPort Email and Web Security, and ScanSafe Cloud Web Security. Before joining IronPort and Cisco, he ran product management and marketing for Infotone Communications, an integration appliance start-up and managed a seed-stage technology investment fund. Kennedy started his career at Intel, where his responsibilities spanned from microprocessor design to marketing to sales to venture investment. Prior to Juniper, he was the co-founder and System Architect at Top Layer Networks where he played a pivotal role in bringing multiple products to the market. He has also held senior engineering roles at Digital Equipment Corporation and Fore Systems.
Kyle Adams is one of the lead developers for the Mykonos Web Security solution acquired by juniper networks in early 2012. With over 10 years of experience in web security and application development, Kyle helps identify and implement innovative security techniques to help combat the ever increasing wave of cyber-attacks. He studied at the Rochester Institute of Technology and holds a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Criminal Justice.

As a Solutions Architect and Leader of Enterprise Solutions Engineering, Lior Cohen is responsible for developing reference architectures and best practices utilizing Juniper products. He has been designing and building enterprise networks and security solutions for over a decade and has helped several Fortune 500 companies develop risk mitigation strategies and implement information security technologies. Prior to joining Juniper, Lior was Chief Technology Officer for a privately held information security consulting firm where he led multi-national consulting and auditing engagements for the financial services and real estate sectors. Mallik Tatipamula is Head of Mobile/FMC segment at Juniper Networks, Sunnyvale. His responsibilities include developing reference architectures, defining the strategy and business plans for, leading the implementation of next generation products. Prior to Juniper, he was with Cisco systems for over 8 years, most recently at Cisco, led and made active contributions to Cisco IPNGN strategy. Mallik closely works with top 20 NGN operators around the world. Prior to Cisco, Mallik was a principal engineer at Motorola, Cellular Infrastructure Group, responsible for defining system architecture for advanced wireless and satellite systems. From 1993 to 1997, he was a senior member of scientific staff at BNR (now Nortel), Ottawa, responsible for development of Nortel’s optical (OC12/OC48) products and also involved in Nortel CDMA Base Station Development. From 1990 to 1992, Mallik was with Indian Telephone Industries as an Assistant Executive Engineer in Optical Transmission R&D Laboratories and Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, as a Senior Project Officer in Fiber Optics Labs, responsible for development of optical data links. Mallik has Ph.d in Information and communication engineering from The Univ. of Tokyo, Japan, Masters in Communication Systems and High Freq. Technologies from IIT Madras, and Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engg., from NIT Warangal. He has authored/coauthored number of publications including technical articles, reports, papers in conference proceedings. Mallik is a lead editor for “Multimedia Communication Networks: Technologies and services”, by Artech House Publishers, Boston and London. He is a senior member of IEEE and his biography appeared in Marquis “who is who in the world, who is who in America, and Who is who Science and Engineering”. He also serves on advisory boards of start-ups focused on wireless handsets/applications. Mayank Aggarwal is a Mobile Security Researcher with Juniper Networks, where his research focuses on analysis of mobile threats, reverse engineering and identification of security loopholes on mobile OS.
Mehdi Sif, Head of Technology Marketing, Market and Competitive Intelligence in the Edge and Aggregation Business Unit, Juniper Networks. Mehdi Sif was previously Vice President of Marketing at Zeugma Systems and Director of Triple Play Solutions Marketing for Alcatel-Lucent’s IP Division. He has previously held multiple senior product line and marketing positions at Bay Networks, Shasta Networks (Nortel Networks), and Juniper Networks. Mehdi is the recipient of the 2004 U.S. Presidential Volunteer Service Award for his information and communications technologies sector assessment work with the International Executive Service Corps. He holds an MBA in Management of Technology from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

I'm the CTO of the Device and Network Services group and the Chief Architect of the Security Business Unit within it. I joined Juniper in 2005 through the acquisition of Funk Software, the developer of Steel-Belted Radius server and Odyssey Access Client where I served as the CTO (I also was developer #1 of SBR). In my current role at Juniper, I am responsible for architecture and technology directions across a portfolio which includes firewalls, intrusion detection, remote access, NAC and WAN Acceleration solutions. Prior to joining Funk Software through its 2001 acquisition of Trilogy, a company I co-founded in 1994, I worked at IBM's Cambridge Scientific Center and Novell Networks.

Peter Lunk is the Director of Product Marketing for Juniper’s High End Security Systems business unit. Prasad Babu is the Director of Marketing, Multiplay & IPTV at Juniper Networks. He has been with Juniper for eight years, recently acting as the Director of Systems Engineering and Operations in India. Mr. Babu has more than 17 years of data communication and networking industry experience.
In his career, Mr. Babu has designed and implemented some of the largest and complex Service Provider and Enterprise networks in India & SAARC and has wide ranging experience in TDM, ATM, IP and MPLS technologies. In his previous role, Mr. Babu managed a team that worked closely with Service Providers to assist them in their NGN- Multiplay infrastructure planning and roll out.
He is responsible for positioning of all Juniper’s product lines, this involves working closely with the sales organization & development teams as well as engineering to ensure the delivery of best-in-class products suitable for IPTV deployments.
In addition to IPTV, Mr. Babu’s specific areas of expertise include Next Generation Networks, Carrier Ethernet and Security, and he has been invited to speak at many international events, including IDC Managed Services, the South Asia Broadband Communications Congress & Expo, Convergence India, Broadband Tech India and SANOG (South Asia Network Operators Group).
Mr. Babu has an Advance Diploma in Electronic & Communication from the Department of Technical Education, India.
Rajoo Nagar is a senior manager in product marketing at Juniper Networks. She is responsible for product marketing strategies and GTM programs for Juniper's campus and branch solutions. Rajoo is a published author, her book “Telecom Service Rollouts” was published by McGraw Hill Professional in 2002. She received her Master’s in Computer Science from IIT, Chicago, and her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago.
I work for Security Services and Research team at Juniper Networks. I've over 13 years of experience and specialization in IP networking, Firewall, Virtual Private Networks, Application Identification, Intrusion Prevention, Application Distributed Denial of Service Mitigation and Peer-to-Peer technologies. Prior to Juniper, I worked on IP Security technologies at Nokia Enterprise Solutions. I've earned Masters degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani, India.
I've research interests for security in Mobility, Data-center Virtualization, Web Applications and Application layer DDos.
Senior Product Manager in the Access Business Group is responsible for business strategies, product development, partner interactions and customer engagements to help drive the growth of Juniper Networks' Unified Access Control and SA Series SSL VPN solutions. Rich is also an avid snowboarder and motorcyclist (not at the same time).
Rob Cameron is the Director of Product Line Engineering for Juniper Networks' data center firewall product line. Rob and his team currently support the largest designs and architectures for the SRX Series data center product lines. In his six years at Juniper he has supported major accounts in the Midwest region of the US, worked on data center strategy, and supported the SRX Series data center firewall product line since launch. Prior to his work at Juniper, he worked at several consulting organizations focusing on network security and high-availability architectures. Rob has five published books on using security technology. This includes his recently released "Junos Security" book from O'Reilly media.
I'm a Product Line Manager in the Security Business Unit working on all things intrusion prevention-related. I've been in the security field since 1994 working on diverse projects such as developing HP's public-key infrastructure (PKI), building the first protocol anomaly-based IDS at Recourse Technologies (acquired by Symantec), integrating vulnerability management and IDS at VM vendor nCircle and managing IPS products at Cisco and Juniper.
Jonathan Looney is a Senior Staff Courseware Developer at Juniper Networks. Before joining Juniper, he performed network engineering for a large enterprise, a regional ISP, and an application service provider (ASP). The holder of several industry certifications, he enjoys the freedom his job at Juniper gives him to both continually learn and also to share his knowledge with others through a wide range of media.
Roy Lee, Junos Product Manager at Juniper Networks, specializes in network automation and operations efficiency. Roy has 20 years of experience in the networking industry. He joined Juniper in 2001 via a startup acquisition. Prior to this, Roy held engineering and management positions at Synoptics, Bay/Nortel Networks and Excite@Home.

As Vice President & General Manager, Access Solutions Business Group, Sanjay Beri has more than 11 years of experience in the high-tech industry including key roles at such companies as Microsoft, Newbridge Networks (now Alcatel) and McAfee.
Beri currently leads Juniper’s Access Solutions Business Unit and is responsible for driving Juniper Networks' Layer 4-7 and application security strategy and products in the network.
Prior to Juniper, he was a co-founder of Ingrian Networks, a leader in providing solutions to secure data in transit and storage. Beri holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Berkeley.
I'm a senior product marketing manager at Juniper Networks in the Security Business Unit. I've been creating and marketing network security products and solutions for more than 20 years for both enterprise and service provider segments. Security of Mobile Operator Networks is where my focus and passion is. I have a BSEE from Cal Poly SLO.
Scott Calzia, a Senior Marketing Manager in Juniper's Fabric & Switching Technologies Business Group, has 17 years of networking experience including roles in sales and systems engineering, marketing, and product management. The majority of this experience was gained working with network infrastructure products and designs at Cabletron, Bay Networks and Nortel.
Scott Lucas is the director of product marketing for Juniper Networks’ branch solutions, including Juniper’s SRX Series Services Gateways for the branch, J Series Services Routers and SSG Series Secure Services Gateways. Before Juniper, Lucas was senior director of solutions marketing for Extreme Networks and Vice President of Marketing at Cranite Systems, where he defined and delivered FIPS-certified solutions for wireless LAN security. He has also held product and program management positions at Proxim and Cisco Systems. Lucas began his career at Motorola, where he designed wireless data networks and products for land mobile and portable applications. Lucas holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BSEE from the University of Missouri in Rolla.
Seema is a Product Marketing Manager in the Security Business Unit, focused on enabling the field to win Service Provider security opportunities. With over 5 years of experience in the security field, she has been focused on outbound marketing and competitive intelligence for network and application security solutions at Check Point and Imperva and mobile and cloud security solutions at Webroot Software and Juniper. Seema holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering degree from San Jose State University, California.
I am the VP of Engineering for the Security Business group. I have worked in a variety of networking companies covering many different technologies, ranging from IP, to Wi-Fi to mobile and of course, security. I have worked in Canada, the U.S. and England over the last couple of decades. I'm an avid hockey fan and player. I have been known to body-check during meetings.
I have worked with designing, implementing and auditing security solutions for about 15 years. At Juniper my main responsibilities are documentation, design and development of features within our Security BU. I joined Juniper through the NetScreen acquisition in 2004
Stefan Fouant is a Technical Trainer and JNCP Proctor at Juniper Networks with over 15 years of experience in the networking industry. His background includes launching an industry-first DDoS Mitigation and Detection service at Verizon Business, as well as building customized solutions for various mission-critical networks. He holds several patents in the areas of DDoS Detection and Mitigation, as well as many industry certifications including CISSP, JNCIE-SP, JNCIE-ENT, and JNCIE-SEC.
I'm a Distinguished Engineer at Juniper Networks. My main focus is security standards. I'm co-chair of the Trusted Network Connect Work Group in the Trusted Computing Group and co-chair of the Network Endpoint Assessment Working Group in the Internet Engineering Task Force. I also speak at various industry events such as Interop and the RSA Conference. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Harvard University.
Steve Manzuik, Senior Manager, Security Research, Juniper Networks.
Steve Manzuik, senior manager of security research at Juniper Networks has more than 14 years of experience in the information technology and security industries, with a particular emphasis on operating systems and network devices. Prior to joining Juniper, he was the Research Manager for eEye Digital Security, and has worked for organizations such as Ernst & Young, IBM, and Bindview Development. Manzuik is the co-author of three security books, a regular speaker at numerous trade conferences, and frequently quoted in industry publications. He is also the founder and moderator of VulnWatch, a computer security vulnerability disclosure mailing list, and is a member of various other open-source security projects.

For the past year, Poul Frederiksen has been a member of Juniper's Global Campaigns team with a focus on driving the process and execution behind our corporate-level marketing launches.
Tamir Hardof is the Director of Product Marketing for Juniper Networks’ Campus and Branch solutions, including SRX Series Services Gateways for the branch, J Series Services Routers, SSG Series Secure Services Gateways, and WL Wireless LAN solutions. Before Juniper, Tamir led product marketing for network security at Check Point, was Director of Marketing for data auditing and compliance vendor Transparency Software, and led Product and Channel Marketing at Determina, a host-IPS vendor acquired by VMware. Prior roles have included enterprise sales, channel development, and business development. Tamir received his BA from Boston University and MA from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Timothy LeMaster is Director of Systems Engineering at Juniper Networks, where he is responsible for driving product development efforts to meet the demands of U.S. federal customers and for overseeing the activities of Juniper’s federal business unit systems engineers.
A government IT industry veteran, Tim leverages his more than 15 years of experience in telecommunications and networking for the benefit of Juniper’s federal customers.
Prior to Juniper, Tim spearheaded the development of applications aiding the government in the management of a very large SONET/IP network for IT solutions provider Veridian. Tim has also held several positions in the government, ranging from network operations and network modeling to engineering.
Tim is a former U.S. Air Force officer.
Ting Zou is a technical marketing engineer in the Fabric and Switching Technologies Business Group at Juniper Networks. He has a decade of hands-on enterprise campus network and data center design/validation experience in network routing and switching, IP telephony, Wireless LAN, security and more. Ting holds a MSEE degree from University of Southern California, Los Angeles and BSEE from Peking University, China. He also holds a number of network industry certifications including JNCIS-ER, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-EX and CCIE in the area of Routing and Switching.
Troy Vennon began his career in Information Technology as a newly enlisted recruit into the United States Marine Corps in 1998. Over the period of the next four years, Troy deployed to various locations around the world, erecting, configuring and maintaining both classified and unclassified networks to facilitate logistics, maneuvers, and morale and welfare of deployed forces in places such as Australia, Japan, Korea and Thailand. In 2002, Troy was hand selected to join the Marine Information Technology Network Operation Center (MITNOC) in Quantico, Va, where he managed the point-of-presence security perimeters for Marine bases, posts and stations around the globe. Upon the organization’s evolution to the Marine Corps Network Operations and Security Center (MCNOSC), Troy was assigned as a Non-commissioned Officer and promoted to the Staff Non-commissioned Officer of the Marine Computer Emergency Response Team (MARCERT) where he oversaw a team of Marines and contractors charged with analyzing and defending the Marine Corps networks from network-based attacks.
Troy joined SMobile Systems as a member of the Global Threat Center in June 2009, managing the team of security experts that make up the only dedicated team that provides “cert-like” functionality for mobile devices and mobile threats. Recently acquired by Juniper Systems, the Junos Pulse Global Threat Center brings proven, methodology-driven analysis of security concepts to mobile devices and operating systems. The team leverages proven security concepts and advances made in the security models of mobile device platforms to create the environment where the 3 pillars of information security research are established and maintained: Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability.
Vaishali Ghiya, Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, Ethernet Platforms Business Group, Juniper Networks.
Vaishali Ghiya has more than 12 years of experience in the high-tech industry in the product marketing, product management and engineering capacities. In her current role, she is responsible for executing product launches, go-to-market strategy, creating outbound marketing collateral and evangelizing the EX switches, datacenter and campus solutions for Ethernet Platforms Business Group. Prior to this, as part of her product management leadership role, Vaishali led the Juniper's market leading Secure Access SSL VPN product and go-to-market strategy. Before joining Juniper in 2004, Vaishali spent 8 years at Nortel in product management and engineering capacities, leading the SSL VPN service provider strategy and executing the 10 Gigabit Ethernet strategy for the Ethernet Routing Switch 8600. Vaishali holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from University of Arizona.
Viswesh Ananthakrishnan, Director of Product Marketing, Data Center Business Group, Juniper Networks.
Viswesh Ananthakrishnan has more than 18 years’ experience working in the high technology industry with a broad skill set in technical product management, marketing, business strategy and solutions development. In his current role, he is responsible for developing the overall product strategy and leading the go-to-market efforts for the Data Center Business Group. Ananthakrishnan has been with Juniper Networks for more than the past 10 years, having held leadership roles in engineering and product management working on the Channelized DS* interfaces, Internet route processors, 40G SONET framers and Quality of Service across all Juniper products, Ethernet interfaces and chassis products. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and a masters degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University.
