  • Prior to Juniper acquisition, Ankur was the Founder and CEO of Contrail Systems Inc - a pioneer in standards based network virtualization and scale-out networking software. Ankur has over 15 years of experience in building world-class networking products and leading high performance teams. Prior to Contrail, Ankur served as Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering at Aruba Networks, where he played critical roles in the rapid expansion of team, products, and global businesses. Before Aruba, Ankur helped drive Juniper’s initial entry into and expansion of the Ethernet Switching market. Ankur received his MSEE from Stanford University & BSEE from the University of Southern California.
  • Bob Muglia is the Executive Vice President of the Software Solutions Division, where he oversees the company's end-to-end software strategy. As head of Juniper's Software Solutions Division, Bob brings a centralized vision to the company's software efforts enabling Juniper to sharpen its focus on software as a core engine of growth for the company.
  • Brad Brooks is Juniper Network's Vice President of Business Strategy and Marketing Software Solutions Division. Joining Juniper in February 2011, Brad is currently responsible for executing Juniper’s global software marketing and business strategy for the Software Solutions Division. This includes the development of Software Solutions business strategy. He is also responsible for developing Juniper’s product marketing, including naming, messaging, pricing and positioning of Juniper’s portfolio of software applications, services and platform solutions on a worldwide basis. Brad also serves as the current leader of Junipers cross company strategy council. Prior to Juniper, Brad was at Microsoft, serving as corporate vice president for Windows Consumer Marketing and Product Management, leading the $8B consumer business for the Windows client. In this role, he oversaw the launch of Windows 7, the most successful launch in Microsoft’s history. Prior to that role, Brad was general manager for the Windows Commercial Business Group, leading the group’s global enterprise business efforts, including the market introductions of Windows Vista and Windows software assurance and enterprise agreement marketing. Amid a declining enterprise market, Brad developed multiple solutions sets for enterprise customers and grew the $900 million annual business to $3 billion in three years. Brad came to Microsoft in 2002 to work on the initial business development and marketing of Windows XP Media Center Edition. Prior to Microsoft, Brad held product management, business development, marketing, sales and operations roles with Enron, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T. Brad has a master's degree in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a bachelor's degree in business from the California State University.
  • Bruno Rijsman is a Distinguished Engineer in the Software Solutions Division. In his current role he is the lead architect for Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV). Bruno has been with Juniper Networks since 1999 though the Unisphere Solutions acquisition and has worked on various areas including the BGP, MPLS, broadband subscriber management, and Junos.
  • Harsh Singh is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Juniper Networks focused on Data Center networks. Harsh has over 15 years of experience in the networking industry. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, he worked at Cisco for 10 years, where he held roles in Product Management and Engineering. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Masters degree in Computer Science, and an MBA in Marketing.
  • Jonathan Davidson is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Campus and Data Center Business Unit. In this role he is responsible for leading innovation, growth and product development for Data Center and Campus Solution Domains. This includes the EX-series, QFabric, and WLAN portfolios. Prior to joining Juniper he was an executive at Cisco systems where he focused on Service Provider solutions and led the Enterprise routing product management team. Jonathan has also co-authored two best-selling books on Voice over IP.
  • Mike Marcellin is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for Juniper Networks Platform Systems Division (PSD), maintaining responsibility for business strategy and marketing of Juniper’s industry-leading portfolio of high performance routing, switching, and data center fabric products, as well as the company’s leading Junos operating system and best-in-industry silicon portfolio. Marcellin’s team is responsible for business strategy and product marketing, go-to-market planning, sales and customer education and information experience, as well as competitive analysis worldwide. Marcellin is also a Board Member of US Ignite, an NSF-sponsored initiative focused on promoting US leadership in developing and deploying applications and services for ultra-fast broadband and Software-Defined Networks that have the potential to transform areas of national priority such as advanced manufacturing, clean energy, education and workforce technologies, emergency preparedness and public safety, health information technologies, and transportation. PSD includes Juniper’s best-in-class core and edge routing solutions that serve the top global service providers, content providers, as well as enterprises that require high performance networking to power their business. These routing systems also serve as the platform for Juniper’s emerging software and applications business, including advanced mobility, video, and security solutions, automation of network tasks to reduce operating expenses, as well as the delivery of value-added services. The PSD portfolio also includes the EX line of switches, a broad wireless LAN portfolio, and the groundbreaking QFabric solution for the virtualized data center. Together, these systems make up a comprehensive, end-to-end enterprise networking portfolio designed to change the user experiences and customer economics of networking. Previously, Marcellin served as Vice President of Global Managed Solutions for Verizon, responsible for product development and marketing of its portfolio of managed IP networking, hosting, security and IT solutions for businesses around the world. During his tenure, Marcellin managed this $4 billion portfolio, along with $75 million in product development capital, to deliver best-in-industry security solutions, an innovative cloud computing offering for enterprises and a first-of-its-kind managed mobility solution. A Rodman Scholar at the University of Virginia, Marcellin received a Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction in Systems Engineering. Marcellin is based in Sunnyvale, California.
  • Rami Rahim is Executive Vice President of Juniper's Platform Systems Division, responsible for driving strategy, development, and business growth for Juniper's entire portfolio of routing, switching, branch, and Wireless LAN products, as well as for the ongoing evolution of our silicon technology and the Junos operating system. Over the years, Rami has served Juniper in a number of roles, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Edge and Aggregation Business Unit (EABU) and Vice President of Product Management for EABU. Prior to that, Rami spent the majority of his 16 years at Juniper in the development organization where he helped with the architecture, design and implementation of many of Juniper’s core, edge, and carrier Ethernet products. Rami Rahim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
  • As Senior VP and GM, Robert leads the Edge Software BU in the Software Solutions Division. ESBU develops software products for the Edge of the network for Fixed and Mobile Service Providers. These products include L4-L7 services, mobility, and media aware caching on the MX 3D routing platform as well as x86 appliances. ESBU is also responsible for developing the next generation of Software Services Platform leveraging SDN (Software Defined Networking) and NFV (Network Function Virtualization) technologies. Robert was with Juniper from 2002 to 2006 and he rejoined Juniper in 2010 after founding a startup in the mobile and online services space and running engineering and operations at a local search startup Zvents. Robert also held key positions in companies such as Nexsi Systems, EFI, and Xerox AODS(PARC). Robert holds an Engineering Degree from RMIT University in Melbourne Australia in Digital Systems and Computer Engineering.
