    when i use the command :

    "request system software delete backup" ,  after that will i be able to use  " request system software rollback " ?

    Here is the description of the command

     

    Delete the backup JUNOS Software file (if it exists) to free up CompactFlash card space. After running this command, you can no longer use the request system software rollback command to revert to the earlier version of the JUNOS Software.

    Also, if you use the "commit confirm" command to commit your configuration, and then get distracted or forget to commit it again, you can use the "rollback 1" command to reload your commit-confirmed configuration, and then re-commit it.   This is much easier than extracting your command history from the /var/log/messages file.
