Best method for per-SSID authentication

We are currently using SBR 6.1 with Cisco series APs with WDS at 2 of our remote sites. At some point, this will be migrated to Cisco's centralized solution, but from what I've read, this will still be an issue. I want to create multiple SSIDs and authenticate each one separately with SBR.

I have done something similar with a Meru controller using called-station-id checklist attribute since the controller includes the SSID in this attribute.  Is there something similar with Cisco?

IC Series Unified Access Control Appliances are hardened, centralized policy servers, combining the user identity, device security state and network location gathered by the UAC Agent to create unique network access control policy per user, per session.
