Problems with WXC1800 - connection disruption

Hello.

I have WXC 1800 as a hub and two WXC 250 as spokes. Sometimes smth happens with WCX 1800 and remote offices are unable to connect to central office through WXC 1800. This situation continues approx for 1 minute, and then everything is ok. You can find log files from WXC 1800 in the attachment.

What could be the reason of local link flapping on 1800?

Hi,

 

Based on the logs we cannot draw any conclusion.

You could:

 

a. Look at the other side of the cable i.e. what's connected to the LOCAL interface

b. Gather diagnostics files and look into the "systemInfo.txt" eventually.

 

The other equipment might simply be faulty.

Sorry, but this was a demo lab and yesterday we returned our Juniper equipment to the vendor. So i neither can not recreate a topology to gather log from the  "other side of the cable" nor collect any additional logs.

Maybe there will be some other project with this type of equipment and i will be able to solve this issue, but now i prefer to close the topic. Thank you, Antares, for your reply.
