Recently, I wrote about the awards Juniper Networks has been garnering. Last week at the 10th Annual Oracle Modern Marketing Experience Conference in Las Vegas, we landed another – the coveted Markie Award for Best Lead Management Program.
What’s really cool is that not only was this the first time we were chosen as finalist for a Markie, but we were also selected as a finalist in 3 categories.

Juniper submitted the results from our 2015 Data Center campaign in the Best Lead Management category. The campaign included record pipeline driven by a demand generation campaign, significant increases in lead conversions, and a thoroughly integrated and comprehensive campaign.
The “Markies” have evolved significantly since their beginning. Marketing automation platform provider, Eloqua, began bequeathing the “Markie” awards 10 years ago, across a range of categories from best creative campaign to more technical, marketing automation related categories. When Oracle Corp. bought Eloqua in 2013, the Markie awards grew, encompassing a broader range of categories across “Modern Marketing,” adding automation, demand generation, data segmentation, and digital marketing.
This year, there were more than 400 submissions and 68 finalists chosen across 19 categories.
The award recognized the work of truly dozens of Juniper marketers. Demand generation is a team effort from Product Marketing and Communications through Field Marketing. All of Juniper Networks marketing should be proud to have won one of the “Oscars” of Modern Marketing for this incredible work and results.
