J-Net User Ranking and Reward Program Overview
Jun 25, 2018

As a reminder to our longtime members and also to make our new members aware, here's an overview of our J-Net User Ranking and Reward Program.

Our J-Net User Ranking and Reward Program was developed to recognize YOU, our members that spend time helping their peers in the community.  Moving up the ranks is based on a number of your activities. The key ones are responding to discussions and getting solutions accepted by your peers.

Your rank appears next to your username When you advance a level, your new rank will be displayed next to your username.

Here are the ranking system levels, from new to advanced: Screen Shot 2018-06-22 at 4.13.23 PM.png

When you’ve reached the Trusted Contributor level and each time you move up to the subsequent ranks above, we will recognize you in our Community Talk Blog and present you with a certificate as a token of our appreciation.

To encourage participation and reward helpful users, please remember to click the Accepted Solutions button on actively solved threads and be sure to give Kudos too.

We appreciate your continued dedication in building an active and thriving J-Net community!

Is there a table that lines up the ranks with the kudos number or something like that?

eg, do you need 10 kudos to be a trusted contributor, or something like that?

Hi Luke-

The ranking system is made up of a different formula for each step consisting of a particular number of posts, visits, kudos and accepted solutions. The formulas are not public for a number of reasons but as you progress the number of activities are higher.

Thank you!
