Juniper's Information Renovation Challenge
Oct 4, 2017

Have you ever gone into a neighborhood and noticed a flurry of renovation activity? When one homeowner decides to update their home, often the rest of the neighbors follow suit. It’s a great way to make their home more functional, personal, and a delight to live in.

At Juniper, we’ve been inspired by our customers to embark on a series of renovations within our information neighborhood. In case you missed them, here is a roundup of our recent and upcoming upgrades. We hope you visit soon!

We’ve been laying a new foundation for the “front door to Juniper”, to make it easier for you to find information, regardless of the door you knock on. Since last July, we have rolled out a new homepage, product pages, solution pages, and also some interactive, enaging tools such as the Network Product Selector for switchingsecurity, and routing.

We will continue to expand through 2018, with upgraded Training, Certifications, TechLibrary, and Support sites. We also have some cool new interactive tools, such as an SRX 3D product demo and a SkyATP live threat manager.

Product and Technical Information

Across the various “homes” for product and technical documentation, we are creating more integrated and functional experiences:

  • We consolidated our technical documentation into a single-release format, making it much easier for you to access all of the information you need in a single place.  In addition, the content itself is continually being upgraded to ensure the depth and accuracy you require. From solutions documentation to app notes, we have you covered.
  • If you’re using our software products, such as Security Director, you might notice that your technical documentation is actually embedded within the product, ready to guide you through any task.
  • Our award-winning Design and Architecture Center opened its doors to Mobile Cloud. Next up is … I’ll give you a hint, it starts with an “A’” and rhymes with “nation”.

J-Net Community

And last, but not least, stay tuned for a big reveal for the J-Net community in the next few weeks. It is looking brilliant!

As always, we take our inspiration from you, our customers and partners. Please share your feedback about how we can improve. We look forward to rising to the challenge!
