ROADMAP CARD SIMPLIFIES ACCESS TO QUICK START GUIDES AND MORE...
As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and corporate citizenship, Juniper Networks is constantly looking for innovative ways to minimize the impact of our products on the environment. In support of our simplicity and eco-friendly goals, we are excited to announce a new documentation strategy that streamlines, reduces, and simplifies what we ship in the box.
A new Documentation Roadmap card will ship with all platform products, replacing the printed Quick Start Guides and warranty card that used to ship in the box. You’ll still be able to access the Quick Start Guides online, but now it will be easier than ever. Simply type juniper.net/quickstart in your browser or scan the QR code on the card using a QR reader on your smartphone. This opens a new “Installing Your New Device” webpage that provides instant access to the Quick Start Guides and to Juniper’s extensive product documentation library. Pretty cool!
The Documentation Roadmap card includes links to the Quick Start Guide webpage, the Juniper Tech Library, Feature Explorer, and the Customer Support webpage. The reverse side of the card provides links to the compliance, warranty, and copyright statements.
IMPROVED FIELD-REPLACEABLE UNITS AND SPARES CARD
We also improved the Field Replaceable Units and Spares card that ships in the box with all FRUs and spares. Like the Documentation Roadmap, this card has a QR code for smartphone access to the Juniper Tech Library. The reverse side of the card provides links to the compliance, warranty, and copyright statements.
READY TO GET STARTED?
The “Installing Your New Device” webpage makes it super simple for you to get started with your initial installation and configuration. Here, you’ll find one-stop shopping for Quick Start Guides, support resources, and additional documentation organized by platform. There’s also a link to Juniper’s product literature, including application notes, datasheets, white papers, reference architectures, design guides, and more. On your mark, get set, GO!
