Case Manager - Associated Account

Hi All,


We are trying to create a case using Case Manager to recieve assistance with our EX Series switch. However, It requires an "Associated Account" to be selected and no such accounts are available from the dropdown. We registered for our online login using the serial number of our switch. Any pointers available on how to resolve this?

Open a Customer Care case for this type of issue.


My recollection is that the company that sold you the Junipe gear was suppose to use a tool to create this association at the time of sale.  It sounds like they did not do this for your product.
