Change account privileges

Hi, I´ve created an account as a guest but now I need to download a newer version of Junos for my product. However it is not possible to do it with my account privileges and I cannot find a way of add the SN of my new product in order to get access to the downloads and support. How could I change my account privileges?!

You cannot change your account access by yourself. You need to contact customer care via telephone as guest accounts cannot create cases in the "My Juniper"portal.


Please have your account id and a serial number with valid support ready when you call them.
