Feedback on creating Juniper Account of Partners...

Hi all,

 

We have some feedback from our partners regarding creating Juniper Accounts.

Most of them are stucked on the Authorisation code portion.

 

Who should we check of this Auth code information?

I hope Account registration will be more efficient in the near future...

(e.g submit a request, after 24 hours, account done, email sent...)

Hi Michael-

 

Have they reviewed the "Guide to creating a Juniper Account"? This provides step-by-step instructions for support customers and partners.  If they are creating an account to access the Juniper Partner Center they need a 10 digit Authorization Code. If they don't know it, they should contact their Juniper Channel Account Manager or contact Customer Care.

 

Have them take a look at the guide noted above for further instructions and if they are still having problems, feel free to reach out here or send me an email.
