I want to change my account type

Hi Team,

 

I have created a guest user account rather than creating official account. So now I want to switch my account but I dont have any contact support mail ID and customer care number to get in touch with them.

 

Requesting to assist me on this as soon as possible.

I tried to reach them but call is continously showing busy in another call.

So requesting you to kindly share any other option to get in touch with support team.

 

It would be great if you can provide any mail ID.

Hello,

 

you can open Admin Service Requests here:

 

https://my.juniper.net/#dashboard/servicerequests

 

Just click to "Create new Service Request" and choose "Admin Service Request".

I am unable to open above link, nothing is visible after opening this link in browser. Could you please check once at your end and confirm me?

 

It would be great if you can create a ticket at your end because I have to change my account type on priority.

Please do the needful.

This is a customer forum so that customers can help other customers. As I am not a Juniper employee, I cannot open any tickets for other companies. On the initially provided URl, you can find all support contacts. There are no other possibilities to contact Juniper support.
