how to get Juniper support if device was purchased without support contract

Hi guys,

 

I was digging the Juniper support webpage, and failed to see where to order "support contract".

 

Our company (in Singapore) purchased a SSG-140 two years ago from a local retailer, the device has no support contract.

 

Any idea how to get quotation of support contract?

You typically work through a reseller to add a support contract to a device you have purchased. If you no longer have a relationship with the reseller who sold you the device then you should be able to use the Juniper partner page to find another one. There may be some kind of "reinstatement" fee.
