The 2016 Channel Company Annual Report Card (ARC) survey results are in and we scored big.
Juniper Networks won hands-down in the Partnership sub-category for Enterprise Networking Infrastructure vendors and took top honors in three of the six measurements.
This is a big deal because Juniper took the top spot in Channel Conflict Management, Revenue and Profit Potential, and Ease of Doing Business, a category we’ve dominated for the past three years. These are bottom-line impacting measurements for partners and being voted number one in all three says a lot about how we work with our partners.
We silvered in the three other Partnership measurements by a wide margin. These measurements include Partner Portal, Communication and Solution Provider Program. Not bad at all. In fact, pretty great.
We continue to show strength across the board. We finished second overall among Enterprise Networking Infrastructure vendors for the third straight year. We improved year over year in 15 of the 21 categories, and held firm in the remaining six.

As I’ve said before, while our programs for partners will continue to evolve, the one goal that will not change is our dedication to making our partners profitable.
