Configuring DHCP/BOOTP helpers across split scope DNS

I am trying to configure some access switches as DHCP/BOOTP relays with split scope DNS.  I currently have the switch configured with:

forwarding-options {

     helpers {

          bootp {

               interface {

                    vlan.xxx {

                         server 1.1.1.1

                         server 2.2.2.2

I would like to set a preference on 1.1.1.1 as currently all the DHCP requests are going to 2.2.2.2 (regardless of order under the vlan heading).  Is this the best way to handle split scopes on DHCP or am I missing something?
