EX swtich upgrading to 10.4R3, unable to upgrade and prompt to loader> command

    Hi All expert,

     

    I have try to upgrade my ex4200 to 10.4R3, but i forget to upgrade the jloader firmware and leading me to loader> prompt.

     

    I am not able to do anything in this prompt, try alot of method still no luck.

     

    Below is the prompt:

    These two procedures can help in some cases where there is no boot to reinstall Junos.
