J-web stopped working after upgrade , configs are present but still no reponce from switch .
Model: ex3300-48tJUNOS Base OS boot [12.3R3.4]
set system services sshset system services telnetset system services web-management httpset system services web-management https system-generated-certificate
i did not seen any error on logs also while accessing via http .Before upgrade it was working with http .

Did you use restart web-management ?
user@router> restart web-management
yah , tried it .
tried mentioning the interface also ,
tried removing config and putting it back but no luck .
Don't know your set up but take a look at some similar cases and see if they help you resolve the issue:
> show log httpd.log
look for errors, verify ports have not been changed, verify that the httpd is running and was not afected by the upgrade; sounds like the http daemon is not running.
Try reimstalling the software maybe add a force switch and see if that fixes the problem.
This worked for me after multiple attempts to restart jweb.default:1 main Error: Can't open a socket on , port 443default:1 main Error: Can't listen for HTTP on :443default:1 main Error: Can't start server, exiting.
