Did you use restart web-management ?

user@router> restart web-management

Don't know your set up but take a look at some similar cases and see if they help you resolve the issue:

look for errors, verify ports have not been changed, verify that the httpd is running and was not afected by the upgrade; sounds like the http daemon is not running.

Try reimstalling the software maybe add a force switch and see if that fixes the problem.

This worked for me after multiple attempts to restart jweb.

default:1 main Error: Can't open a socket on , port 443
default:1 main Error: Can't listen for HTTP on :443
default:1 main Error: Can't start server, exiting.
