Unable to open J-Web in EX-3200

Dear All, 

I want to access the switch through Web. But I am unable to do it. I have been configured through ezsetup, I configured the http port 80 in ge-o/o/o.o port. But no posivitive result. At the same time I am able to access telnet and it is working. But unable to open in web.

Hi,

 

Try to download it here:  https://www.juniper.net/support/downloads/?p=jweb

 

Then you can FTP it to var/tmp and then do the

request system software add /var/tmp/<package name>

Till now I am unable to do that. I can see in configuration , We are using JUNOS 10.4R5.5

Can you also please check

Second in shell please run command ps -aux | grep http and check

1) http running

2) http-gk running

 

If not you may start that by running it on /usr/sbin/httpd -N
