Why there is no any traffic in network control queue

‎05-14-2019 09:41 PM

Hi all,

Branch srx (junos:15.1X49).  I have tried to figure out about why there is no any traffic on queue-7? What troublehooting technique should be taken? it is kind of mis-configuration or ?

Hi Arix,

That depends on the classifier configuration and the ingress traffic to the device.  Please check:

show configuration class-of-service classifier | display inheritance | display set

The incoming traffic may not be matching the marking classified to the NC queue.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
-r.

I do see you have custom forwarding class configurations. So I believe you have to recheck your classifier configurations, MF or BA classifier.

Queue 7 (NC) is traffic from/to RE so could it be that RE is not sending or receiveing any traffic out this specific interface (ge-0/0/0)?

Do you see traffic in queue 7 or NC for any other interfaces?

Hi all,

The interface - ge-0/0/1 has traffic on queue 7 as other hasn't got...
