    Just call Juniper TAC at 1-888-314-5822 and have them open a Admin (non-technical) case to get you access to this code.

    Right on the same page with this text are two very small links. You can use either on to request the download permission.

     

    The first brings you to the general support site case management window.  Here you open a customer support case not a technical support one and request the permssion for the download area for vqfx.

     

    The second option opens a user access support case.  Choose the download access option and again fill out the specific vqfx download access as the details.
